RELATIONSHIP GUIDE
Forgiving but not forgetting
If this is where you are right now, you are not alone — and it does not mean your relationship has failed. Usually it means something has not yet been properly understood.
Why this feels heavy
Feelings like this rarely mean you are not patient enough or loving enough. More often, a need has gone unsaid. Try to feel into it first: what do you miss most about how the two of you used to be?
What is really going on
Most relationship problems are not about who is right — they are about what has not been understood yet. Imagine for a moment you were in their position: what might they have been feeling? Not to excuse them, but to see the whole picture.
One small step this week
Pick the one moment that keeps repeating, and say it as something you noticed rather than an accusation: "I notice we keep losing each other when…". If saying it out loud is too hard, write it down first — it does not have to be read.
If you want to talk it through
Remember, a healthy relationship is something the two of you build together, and nothing has to be solved alone overnight. If you would like to talk it through properly, just tell Tante what is happening.
